Factsheet: Single and multi-group guests

minutes of reading
Single and multi-group guests

These factsheets can be promoted to two distinct audiences: users or administrators.

They should be shared in a general group for all platform users or in a private group for platform administrators or the steering committee. We recommend that you put these practical sheets in a publication in the form of an image gallery.

Talkspirit users can join the platform as a member or as a guest. Guest users can belong to one group (single-group) or several (multi-group).

It's sometimes hard to understand the role of single-group guests, the limits they face, and what they represent in comparison to multi-group guests. Here are some elements that will help you understand these two statuses:

  • single-group guests are limited to one group / multi-group guest belongs to two or more groups,
  • single-group guest represents a free license / multi-group guest a paid license,
  • Guests are limited to the groups they are invited to: they can only communicate with members of their groups and cannot create/manage other groups on the platform.

You can find all this information by downloading our factsheets: simply select the button Download this material.
