Define clear objectives for your company and your teams
Use the OKR (Objectives and Key Results) method to define clear, measurable and ambitious objectives for your company, your teams and your employees. Define the time period over which you wish to achieve these objectives, such as monthly, quarterly, or annually, as well as the circles (teams) and roles concerned. Assign key results to each objective to easily check how well you've reached them.
