Define clear objectives for your company and your teams

Use the OKR (Objectives and Key Results) method to define clear, measurable and ambitious objectives for your company, your teams and your employees. Define the time period over which you wish to achieve these objectives, such as monthly, quarterly, or annually, as well as the circles (teams) and roles concerned. Assign key results to each objective to easily check how well you've reached them. Assign members responsible for achieving these key results to empower, and give them visibility of what's expected next.

Align your teams around common goals

Link team objectives to business objectives. That way, everyone understands how their own work contributes to the organization's overall performance. Specify for each OKR the tasks that contribute to achieving the set objectives, so that everyone can prioritize their projects accordingly. Hold OKR reviews to regularly monitor progress towards your objectives, and adjust your actions accordingly.
