Antifragile

We are in a period of time in which we are experiencing great turbulence, and this has created such an environment for the future that is characterized by uncertainty.

This new era where upheaval is not only possible but is actually happening has caused some people to turn to Nassim Nicholas Taleb's Antifragile for guidance. In his book, he defines antifragile as, "an organism, a person, an idea, or a system that gets better and better when perturbed."

Though there are many benefits to antifragility, Taleb warns of the dangers of overconfidence in the face of volatility.
