The Circle Lead role is one of the core roles that make up every Circle in Holacracy.
It's role is to enable its Circle to work towards its purpose.
Although the comparison is flawed, the Circle Lead role can be understood as the team manager in a traditional organization.
Purpose: In Holacracy 5.0, the Circle Lead holds the Purpose of the overall Circle.

Accountabilities:
The Circle Lead holds all Accountabilities on the Circle to the extent they are not covered by the Circle's Roles or processes.
