Circle lead

The circle lead role is one of the fundamental roles that make up each circle in Holacracy.

Its main role is to enable its circle to work towards realizing its purpose.

Although the comparison is imperfect, the role of circle lead can be likened to that of a team manager in a traditional organization.

Purpose: In Holacracy 5.0, the circle lead holds the overall purpose of the circle.

Domains: Assigning roles within the circle.

Accountabilities : The circle lead holds all Accountabilities of the circle to the extent they are not covered by the circle's roles or processes.
