Circle representative

The role of circle representative is one of the essential roles that make up each circle in Holacracy.

His main role is to carry the voice of his circle within the parent circle.

Purpose: Identifying and resolving tensions relevant to process in a higher circle.

Accountabilities:

• Seeking to understand the tensions expressed by role-holders within the circle.
• Identifying the relevant tensions to be dealt with in an upper circle, of which the lower circle is a part.
• Dealing with tensions within an upper circle to relieve constraints on the lower circle.
