CoreChange was founded by Heleen Kuiper and Toon Franken, driven by a common passion: unleashing more potential within organizations. We are experienced organizational consultants, committed to meaningful change.

We firmly believe, and have seen, that it is possible to increase the level of creativity, agility and commitment in many organizations. We work with organizations that want to take the next step in developing themselves and their people.
