Evolving Organisation is led by Nick Osborne, one of only seven Holacracy Master Coaches in the world, with 30 years of hands-on experience in the private, public, and nonprofit sectors, including a stint as a Partner at HolacracyOne.

Nick's work focuses on what he calls the invisible architecture of organizations: the developmental, relational, structural, and contextual patterns that determine whether a transformation endures or unravels, particularly under pressure. He draws on eight integrated frameworks, including Holacracy, Matrix Leadership, and the STAGES model of adult development, which he uses as simultaneous lenses rather than sequential tools.

His belief is that clearly defined roles and distributed authority are necessary conditions for organizational transformation, but are rarely sufficient on their own. The relational infrastructure and the developmental capacity to truly embody one’s roles are just as important as structural mechanisms.

Nick holds an MSc in Management Development and lives in the United Kingdom.
