Ivolve accompanies organizational, relational and individual systems in a healthy evolutionary dynamic, through the assumption of responsibility, clarity of framework, personal alignment, awareness of the link to self and to others. For organizational support, our method is to accompany organizations in the profound transformation of their system, which is why we are Providers and Coaches in Holacracy, the most accomplished system of constitutional governance to date in our opinion. In terms of relational support, our method is to accompany teams through supervision, analysis of practices and training, so that each team member can grow and develop the skills necessary for support. That's why we are Relationship Development Coaches and practice Systemic Theater and the Espère Method. For individual coaching, our method is to support individuals on their path to alignment and maturity. This is why we offer generative coaching spaces that address the identity issues of managers, entrepreneurs and leaders of all kinds.
