NextGen

NextGen is a training and consulting organization specializing in new forms of corporate governance and management. We work in a low-key coaching role, based on a scientific diagnosis, to enable teams (from executive committees to operational teams) to build their own action plan and help them implement it immediately.

The subjects on which we have developed strong expertise are: purpose, culture, explicit values, beliefs and behaviors, strategic objectives and key results (OKRs), processes and the overall organization (governance, roles and responsibilities).
