The Shaker Company

The Shaker Company is an Organization, Management and Coaching consultancy created by 3 partners from major international firms, supported by a network of independent experts of around 20 people who share the same values. We support major French and international groups in developing their leaders' skills in terms of resilience, collective intelligence and empowerment through our leadership school and coaching programs. We apply our methodology and experience to help these organizations succeed in their strategic, organizational, managerial and cultural refoundation projects, by breaking out of conventional thinking. We contribute to improving operational excellence through diagnostics and recommendations combining proven methods and a tailor-made approach.
