The Shaker Company

The Shaker Company is a consulting firm in Organization, Management and Coaching created by 3 partners, coming from large international firms, relying on a network of independent experts of about twenty people who share the same values. We assist major French and international groups to develop the skills of their leaders in terms of resilience, collective intelligence and accountability through our leadership school and coaching programs. We bring our methodology and our experience to help these organizations succeed in their strategic, organizational, managerial and cultural rebuilding projects by thinking out of the box. We contribute to improving operational excellence through diagnostics and recommendations combining proven methods and a tailor-made approach.
